2017 Parade Of Homes

Starting April 27th through May 7th, will be the Texas Panhandle Builder’s Association 2017 Parade of Homes in Amarillo, Texas.

You will see a lot of great work and ideas from many Builders throughout the area. There are approximately 40 homes in this year’s Parade. This is the largest Parade of Homes that I can remember. I am very excited for everyone to see our homes, but I am more anxious for you to see our quality and details which have made us one of the most sought after Luxury Home Builders in the Panhandle Area.

If you visited us last year, you saw us win 5 awards, with one being “Best Overall Design”. This is a very prestigious award! We won 3 awards in Category III (homes $400k-700k) and 2 awards in Category IV (homes $700k and up). These awards included Best Master Bath and Best Living Area. Our homes were competing with homes well over 1 Million Dollars.

This year, we will also have two homes, but with two totally different personalities. It will be so nice with our homes being right next door to each other. Both homes will be in The Greenways again. They will be located on Lauren Ashleigh. This will be a very busy street this year in the 2017 Parade of Homes.

Our first home is located at 6405 Lauren Ashleigh. This home WON the “People’s Choice Award” in Metrie’s Every Room Tells a Story National Builder and Designer Challenge. YES!! A guy from Amarillo, Texas was one of 4 winners in this contest. It is always great to bring recognition back to the Panhandle area. This home is considered Craftsman Modern. It is definitely all about the lines. You will be amazed at how clean and perfect this house is. It’s a great mix of Dallas Skyline and a traditional blend of craft. It has a beautiful elevation and great curb appeal. It boasts over 3050 sq. ft., has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and has amazing attention to detail. Lots of sleek cabinets and trim finishes, beam work, and a 3 car garage with tornado room. This home has a 60” fireplace and quartz and marble countertops throughout. Our second home is located at 6407 Lauren Ashleigh on the Corner. This home has already sold, but there is so much to talk about with this home. This is an ALL BRICK home and you would not believe the curb appeal and the detail. The red brick and the black roof and black windows really set this home off. This home is GRAND. 18’ ceilings, Tornado room, 3 car garage, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, amazing patio, quartz and granites, and the list goes on and on.
